Located just north of Branson, Missouri is this beautiful Log Chapel, nestled in the Ozark hills. The chapel, a hand-crafted work of art, was built by Pat and Carolyn Thurman and their family. The Log Chapel is an intimate and reverent setting for weddings and renewal-of-vows. Its simplicity is reminiscent of the beautiful Ozark hills where it resides. This natural setting and the grounds surrounding the chapel are enhanced by beautifully landscaped gardens and brick walkways. |

The concept of the chapel originated with the Reverend Dick Viney, who has been performing Branson weddings for nearly 15 years. Working with the Thurman's, Rev. Viney designed a natural candelabra across the front wall of the chapel. Seven hand-blown glass oil lamps, crafted in Branson, form the candelabra. The hand-carved dogwood cross which hangs directly below the candelabra was lovingly done by a friend of the Thurman's. It is not only beautiful, it also carries special religious significance. Carolyn designed and created six beautiful stained glass windows which compliment both the interior and the exterior of the chapel. |

Missouri 3-Day waiting period can be waived so you can be
married the same day you receive your license.

| The wedding chapel IS small and is intended for intimate weddings. It holds 12 persons plus the bride and the groom, MAXIMUM! If your plans include more persons, Rev. Viney and his wife, Jan, are available to celebrate your wedding at another location. |
